Car On Ice Rules- PAPAS, Inc. - Winter 2011-2012
1)  Tickets are $5.00 per guess, three guesses for $10.00 or eight guesses for $20.00.
2)  Tickets are available by calling or texting:  Heidi Johns,  608-436-3655 or at Visit Beloit.
3)  All guesses must be dated AFTER February 12, 2012 Each guess must contain month, date, time (including AM or PM), your name, address and phone number.  You need not be present to win.  Winner will be contacted by phone.
The winner will have chosen the correct month, date, hour, minute, and must have circled AM or PM.  In the event two or more guesses have the same date and time, the prize will be split equally.  If no one guesses the correct date and time, the winner will be the closest guess without going over the actual date and time of the vehicle sinking.  If two or more guesses are incorrect by the same amount of time (i.e. 5 minutes) and no one guessed correctly, then the winner will be the guess that did not go over the actual date and time of the vehicle sinking.
NOTE:  If the vehicle sinks on or before February 12, 2012, the event turns into a raffle.  All guesses that have dates that have not passed at the time of the sinking will be included.  A drawing of these eligible guesses will determine the winner.
NOTE:  If the vehicle sinks on or after the first day of Daylight Savings Time, one hour will be added to the clock to comply with Daylight Savings Time procedures.
4)  A clock will be sealed in a locked box in the vehicle.  The clock will fail when it comes in contact with water to determine the exact time the vehicle sank.  If there is an obvious clock malfunction, other than the sinking of the vehicle, all guesses within 24 hours of the known time will be placed in a raffle to determine the winner.
5)  If there is no ice or if the ice is not safe or will not support the weight of the vehicle, the event turns into a raffle and all tickets will be placed in a container and a drawing will be held on March 31, 2011 at Beloit Memorial High School.  (Drawing time to be determined.)
6)  All decisions of Papas, Inc. are final.
